Homeschool co-op management software

Core helps homeschool co-ops manage family registration, class enrollment, fees, homework, grades, attendance and school-year records in one online system.

Replace the patchwork of co-op tools

A co-op usually starts with forms, spreadsheets, payment links and separate teacher messages. Core connects the work that belongs together: a family's application becomes its student profiles, approved students enroll in classes, and the same records support teachers and administrators through the school year.

Registration that matches your co-op

Build the registration steps your group needs, including forms, signatures, document uploads, tours and enrollment fees. Families can save their progress and return before submitting.

A class catalog families can use

Publish classes with schedules, grade ranges, seat limits and course fees. Families enroll their own students after approval, while admins can also manage enrollment from the roster.

Separate views for every role

Admins manage the full co-op, teachers work with the classes they teach, and families see only their own students. Each co-op can decide which optional sections each role sees.

The school day in the same system

Teachers can post homework, enter grades, take class attendance and record behavior notes without moving between separate spreadsheets and portals.

Fees and payment records

Collect enrollment and course fees by card through Stripe, or record cash and check payments manually so admins can review payment history in one place.

A clean transition between years

Archive the completed school year with its students, classes, grades and attendance, then begin the next year without losing the history your co-op needs to retain.

Questions co-op leaders ask

Who is Core's co-op software designed for?

Core is designed for homeschool co-ops, hybrid programs, micro-schools and other small education communities that manage families, classes and student records together.

Can parents register and enroll their own students?

Yes. A parent can complete the co-op's registration steps online. After an admin approves the family, the parent can browse available classes and enroll their own students.

Can co-op teachers take attendance and enter grades?

Yes. Teachers can work with the students in their assigned classes, including homework, grades and class attendance, without receiving full administrative access to the co-op.

Does every co-op have to use every feature?

No. Optional capabilities start disabled and are enabled per community, so a co-op can use the parts of Core that fit its program without exposing unused sections.
